Bunnamagoo Chardonnay embraces a number of winemaking techniques to maintain the popular house style including 100% barrel fermentation in a mixture of new and older French and Hungarian hogsheads with intermittent stirring and maturation on lees for 9 months. Exhibiting tropical and white stone fruit flavours and delicately supported by refreshing natural acid, this chardonnay retains its typical supple texture. It will benefit from careful cellaring for up to 6-8 years.
