A very sweetly fragrant bubble with almond oil, a fruit-cup of nectarines, pears and peaches with honeysuckle and talc notes. It has a pleasant spumante bead (aka bubble) and good concetration for such a light wine. Expect an off-dry sparkler with a mouthwatering and slighlty pithy finish. A lovely sipper or serve with a simple platter of Italian cheese, salami, olives, bread and marinated artichokes.
