Phillip Shaw is a pioneer and legend of the Orange wine region of New South Wales. After purchasing the vineyard site in 1989 he has gone on to produce some of the most highly acclaimed wines in the Orange region. 'The Gardener' has great texture which all good Pinot Gris should have married with yummy flavours of pear skin, citrus,a little white melon and a nice muskiness on the nose. Only the second vintage of this wine .... a very exciting start!
