TASTING NOTES

This deep purple hued Rolf Binder Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits enticing aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, cassis, chocolate and sweet oak from its perfumed nose. These fragrances make way for a ripe and concentrated palate brimming with flavours of dark berry fruits, and herbal nuances of clove and tomato leaf. Fine and drying tannins combine with these elements to culminate in a long and persistent climax. This delightful Cabernet varietal has a cellaring potential of 6 years, but it can also be consumed upon release while fresh and juicy
