Thistle Hill Organic Wine have been local and national favorites for four decades. You can taste the fruit in every glass and it’s all because of the grapes we harvest that are nurtured organically and always have been. Organic grapes become organic wines and they simply taste better.

Thistle Hill Preservative Free Wine began making wine in 1975 on the grounds of one of Mudgee’s historic landmarks from the Australian gold rush of the 1800s. On our property stands the first waystation, where gold miners came to relax and take in the beauty of the valley. Our guest-house is available year round for travelers who want to experience Australia’s

rich history in a unique and cozy way.
