Jack Daniels 125th Anniversary Decanter 1 Litre, Boxed With Neck Tag

Box is in excellent condition for age. This is the USA release with the white capsule, very hard to come by now. It was in 1866 that Jack Daniel first registered his business with the United States Government, making 1991 the Jack Daniel Distillery 125th Anniversary. Though no registration records exist today, it is believed that these dates designate it as the oldest registered Distillery in the United States. It is also listed as a National Historic Site. Although Jack registered his Distillery in 1866, he had actually purchased it several years earlier in 1859 from his friend and former employer Dan Call. In 1990, to celebrate its 125th Anniversary, the Distillery released a 1 liter commemorative bottle filled with 86 proof whiskey. Sold in a box and with a numbered hang tag that could be registered with the Distillery, this bottle honors the hard work that has gone into the Distillery’s long history of success.
