This wine displays a rich and fragrant bouquet of ripe fruit with earthy aromas. The palate shows excellent structure displaying classical Margaret River Cabernet flavours.
Berries and blackcurrant are evident to produce a soft, elegantly styled Cabernet Sauvignon from Western Australia.

Petersons Hunter Valley Vintage Cuvée Chardonnay – A wine style that is rich and complex by nature and specifically crafted to capture the quintessential fruit and oak qualities of the wine. Yellow straw in colour, this Cuvée is supple and light displaying notes of tropical fruits, rock melon, mango and pineapple as well as a crisp citrus character with a hint of oak. One of our all time favourite Chardonnays.
